Ms Chan is a very friendly and understanding teacher, and her lessons are also very enjoyable. She comprehends her students very well such that she is able to unleash her student’s potential when she sees that they can do better with a little extra push. Her lessons are unlike other classes that focuses only on exam pieces, such that students only learn 3 or 4 piano pieces per year. She exposes her students to different pieces and also helps her students to build the fundamentals very well.

Miss Chan has been a piano teacher to my 2 children since they started primary school. She’s a very patient, caring and enthusiastic teacher. My kids enjoy both her theory & pratical lessons. Besides motivating them to take exams, she also takes the extra effort to engage and raise their awareness and passion for music by introducing fun and contemporary songs for them to play. Originally my first Piano Teacher was not very helpful for me. However, after having lessons with Ms Maureen since Grade 3 to 5, I can safely say that she has greatly improved my musical abilities. I have also completed my Grade 5 practical examination and I am on my way to complete my Theory.

Ms Maureen is my kids' piano teacher since 2015 until now. Over the years I watched my kids grow to enjoy taking piano lessons. Their interest in muisc not only stop at piano they even learn to play woodwind instruments. Because of her gentle and energetic approach, my kids have many enjoyable lessons. She is able to customize each and every student learning needs and ability. She is also a very positive and encouraging teacher. I am very grateful to have her as their piano teacher!
